Your Teacher: Sabijn
You wil be guided through your daily movement and meditation classes by Sabijn Linssen. She has been facilitating retreats for over 6 years, and loves to create an inclusive atmosphere for all. Whether you are new to Retreat Here or a regular guest, Sab will welcome you with a huge smile and most likely a prosecco!
Her yoga practice started in 2008 when she was recovering from a severe spinal injury. She knows firsthand how beneficial the practice can be for one’s body, and she’ll ensure every class will be a ‘feel-good’ session. In her classes she likes to focus on mobility, a combination of strength and flexibility, as well as sequences that are easy to follow.
